Men’s Health Month
Did you know there was a month entirely dedicated to raising awareness for issues impacting the health and wellness of men and boys? June is Men’s Health Month–spread the word and make sure every loved male in your life is living well.
District Health Department #10 is here to ensure men have access to the health services and the important health information. We are hosting Men’s Health Clinics to help men prioritize their health and get early screenings.
DHD#10 offers many services… here is what is available for men:
- Immunizations (like a tetanus shot)
- STD testing and treatment
- Free HIV testing
- Free condoms
- Educational materials
- Tobacco Treatment Specialists (and other quit tobacco resources)
- Colorectal Cancer Screenings
- Male Healthcare Provider
- and more!
In need of one or more of the above services? Call: 888-217-3904 and press #2 or walk in during one of our Men’s Health Clinics during the month of June- see dates and locations below.
Remember that anyone can assist in the men’s health movement, and help is not limited by gender basis. Anyone can be supportive and help men make that first step towards a better life. Everyone should be an ally!
