District Health Department #10 maintains a workforce development plan to identify training needs and development opportunities among staff and leadership. The plan lists workforce priority areas for the agency, a list of required internal trainings and their implementation schedule, a process to assess and identify the core competency level of staff, and a plan to increase the core competency level of DHD#10 over the next five years.
